I am actually toying with the idea to proceed with a case through the small claims court, as although I have eventually received my money back, I have still not been re-inbursed with the costs of Recorded delivery parcel and letters. I do not think that this is a Company to be associated with. I was not at all hesitant about contacting Trading Standards and, in fact, Consumer Direct told me that they are aware of the Company.
